A short, plain explanation of what happens with the details you share here.
What is collected
Downloading the contact card does not submit your details. If you book a call, we collect your name, email address, selected time and meeting type, and any phone number or note you include. A phone number is required for phone calls and optional for Google Meet. The hosting provider may process request information to operate and secure the site.
It is voluntary
Nothing is required. You can save Kyle’s contact details without sharing any of your own.
How it is used
Booking details are sent securely to Google Calendar to arrange your call, create a Google Meet link when selected, and send the calendar invitation and updates. Any phone number you provide is included in the event so Kyle can call you. Availability checks show open times; they do not expose Kyle’s event titles or other calendar details. Email and text links open your own messaging app.
Where details are kept
Booking details remain in Google Calendar and the invitation emails. The site does not maintain a separate contact database. Temporary booking references and hashed request identifiers help prevent duplicate bookings and abuse. Google and the hosting provider process information under their own privacy practices. Details you send directly to Kyle remain in the email or messaging service used.
